Username check The requested username is checked against existing FreeIPA and pending requests.
NAV usernames NAV usernames must start with nav, for example navjohn or navtest.
SSH-based access GHPC accounts use SSH public keys. Passwords should not be submitted here.
Access approval The responsible PI, supervisor, or contact person should approve the request.
External users Please provide an end date when the user is external, temporary, or contract-based.
